Changes to subscription orders (such as pausing or canceling) must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect in time.
Order Cancellation Policy (Non-Subscription)

Same-Day Cancellations:
Customers may cancel a non-subscription order on the same day the order was placed provided the order has not yet shipped. -
After Shipment:
Once an order has been processed and handed over to USPS, it cannot be canceled. -
Flavored Sea Moss Gel Orders:
Due to the perishable and customized nature of our flavored gels, flavored orders are non-cancelable once they have been shipped.
Pre-Order Cancellation (If Applicable)

Pre-orders can be canceled before the scheduled shipment date.

Once a pre-order item has shipped, the standard return and refund policy applies.
Refunds After Cancellation
