Shipping Methods

Plain Sea Moss Gel:

  • Shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days from the shipping date.

Flavored Sea Moss Gels:

  • Shipped via USPS Priority Express Mail (next-day delivery from the shipping date).

  • Due to the perishable nature of flavored gels, express shipping is required to maintain optimal freshness.

    Standard & Express Shipping Tiers

    Shipping methods and rates are determined by the type of sea moss gel in your order and the total number of pouches, which affects package weight.

    To maintain freshness and ensure safe delivery, our shipping options are structured as follows:

    Plain Sea Moss Gel Only

    • Orders containing only plain sea moss gel qualify for Standard Priority Shipping

    • Standard shipping rates are tiered based on order size and weight

      • Smaller orders (typically 1–3 pouches) fall under a lower standard rate

      • Larger orders (typically 4–6 pouches) fall under a higher standard rate

    Flavored Sea Moss Gel

    • Orders containing any flavored sea moss gel require Express Next-Day Shipping due to their perishable nature

    • Express shipping rates are tiered based on order size and weight

      • Smaller orders (typically 1–3 pouches) fall under a lower express rate

      • Larger orders (typically 4–6 pouches) fall under a higher express rate

    Mixed Orders (Plain + Flavored Gel)

    • Orders that include both plain and flavored sea moss gel automatically require Express Next-Day Shipping

    • Express rates are applied based on the total order size and weight

    All shipping options and rates are automatically calculated and applied at checkout. Customers do not need to manually select shipping tiers.

    Shipping tiers are designed to ensure freshness and safe delivery. Orders that do not meet shipping requirements may be delayed or canceled.

Mugs & Apparel Shipping

Mugs and apparel are made to order and shipped separately from sea moss products and digital guides.

Production & Shipping

  • All mugs and apparel are produced after an order is placed.

  • Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after production is complete.

  • Shipping timelines vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and destination.

Shipping Methods

  • Available shipping options may include economy, ground, expedited, or express delivery.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping speed.

Additional Shipping Details

  • Mugs and apparel may ship separately if ordered together.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed once packages are in transit.

Shipping Schedule (Sea Moss Gel)

  • We ship Monday through Friday only.

  • We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays to prevent products from sitting in transit over the weekend, since USPS does not offer Sunday deliveries.

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order type and the shipping method selected.

  • Rates are determined directly by USPS rates and displayed during checkout.

Important Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • Natural Elements Sea Moss is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

    • Courier service disruptions (e.g., USPS delays),

    • Weather conditions,

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers,

    • Customers entering the wrong address which delays shipping arrival times.

  • We strongly recommend providing a valid cellphone number with your order. This allows us to contact you quickly if any shipping issues arise and helps minimize delivery delays.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once the item has been shipped.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please first contact USPS directly for assistance.

  • While we are happy to assist where possible, please note that once a package has been handed over to USPS, it becomes the responsibility of the courier.
