📦 Natural Elements Sea Moss - Shipping Policy
At Natural Elements Sea Moss, we take pride in ensuring your products are shipped promptly and handled carefully to maintain freshness.
Shipping Methods
Plain Sea Moss Gel:

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days from the shipping date.
Flavored Sea Moss Gels:

Shipped via USPS Priority Express Mail (next-day delivery from the shipping date).

Due to the perishable nature of flavored gels, express shipping is required to maintain optimal freshness.
Shipping Schedule

We ship Monday through Friday only.

Since USPS does not offer Sunday deliveries, we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays to prevent products from sitting in transit over the weekend.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order type and the shipping method selected.

Rates are determined directly by USPS rates and displayed during checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please first contact USPS directly for assistance.

While we are happy to assist where possible, please note that once a package has been handed over to USPS, it becomes the responsibility of the courier.
📦 Mugs & Apparel (Custom Merchandise)
Mugs and apparel are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
