Our location is for scheduled curbside pickup only.
This is not a walk-in storefront.

🗓 Scheduled Website Pickup Orders
• All pickup orders must be scheduled.
• After placing your order online, you will be notified when it is ready.
• A pickup time will be scheduled with you.
• All website pickup orders are treated as reserved orders.
When arriving for pickup:
• Remain in your vehicle
• Follow the pickup instructions provided
• Arrive at your scheduled time
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.
Failure to arrive at your scheduled pickup time may result in:
• Rescheduling for a later time or date
• Waiting at our discretion
We offer curbside pickup only.
💵 Cash Paying Customers
Cash pickup orders must be scheduled before arrival.
• Don't hesitate to get in touch with us to schedule a date and time.
• Same-day pickup may be available depending on availability.
Important:
Cash orders are not automatically reserved.
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis for cash customers.
Orders will only be reserved within a 30-minute time frame once we are notified that you are in route.
🚙 LOCAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery orders must be placed online only and at least the night before for next-day delivery.
📦 Delivery Window
Deliveries are made between:
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
(No deliveries on Sundays)
You will be contacted when your sea moss is in route.
Please confirm that you or someone else will be available to receive the order.
📍 Local Delivery Areas
We currently offer local delivery in:
• The Bronx
• Manhattan
• Parts of Westchester County
– South Yonkers
– New Rochelle
– Mt. Vernon
Please check our website to confirm that your address qualifies for local delivery.
⚠️ Manhattan Congestion Toll Fee
Local delivery is a flat rate of $15.
Due to NYC congestion pricing, deliveries made beyond the congestion toll zone in Manhattan require an additional $5 congestion fee.
This additional $5 fee is separate from your online delivery charge and must be paid at the time of delivery.
Accepted payment methods for the congestion fee:
• Cash
• Zelle
• Apple Pay
• PayPal
Customers will be notified if their delivery address falls within the congestion toll zone.
⚠️ Delivery Policy & Fees
Someone must be available at the time of delivery.
If no one is available when your order arrives:
• You will need to pick up your order at our location
OR
• A $15 redelivery fee will apply
Delivery fees are non-refundable under these conditions.
If you cancel your order while it is already in route, a $10 fee will apply.
