We are currently pausing our local delivery option. During this time, we appreciate your understanding and patience.

For your convenience, we continue to offer fast shipping, with estimated arrival times between 1-3 days.

Please note that the information below regarding local delivery will be applicable again when the option are back open. Until then, this current information will be removed.

PICK UP ORDER INFO:

(OUR LOCATION IS FOR CURBSIDE SCHEDULED PICK-UPS ONLY.) 

All pick-up orders must be scheduled. For online orders, customers will be notified when it's ready for pick-up and a time will be schedule.

"Cash paying" customers will need to scheduled a pick up time before arriving at location. Please contact us to scheduled a time and date for pick-up. (same day pick-up is ok depending on availability)

  • All orders placed on our website are handled as reserved orders. 
  • we offer a pick up order option on our site. 
  • For our cash paying customers please note that your order is not reserved. we operated on a first come first serve basis. We will only reserve your order within a 30min time frame, when we know you are in route for pick up. 
  • when you place your order for pick-up at a particular time. please be on time. If something changes please notify us as soon a possible. 
  • if you do not arrive on time for your scheduled pick up. It is up to our discretion to wait or to reschedule with you for a later time or later date.

LOCAL DELIVERY INFO

Deliveries must be placed online only and at least the night before for next day delivery. 

  • Arrival for deliveries are between 10am-1pm (Mon-Sat)
  • Someone must be available to receive order. You will be contact when your sea moss is in route.(please be available to confirm that you or someone else will be available)
  • Failure to not be available once your sea moss has arrived at location will result in you picking up your order at our location or being charged an additional delivery fee of $15 if you would like your order to be re-delivered.
  • Your delivery fee is non-refundable (under these conditions only)
  • Canceling your order when it is in route will result in a $10 fee
  • please make sure to check on our site see if your location is a local delivery option for you. 
  • We offer local delivery in the Bronx, Manhattan, and parts of Westchester County (South end of Yonkers, New Rochelle, Mt. Vernon)
