Ingredients

  • 10-12 fresh strawberries (medium-sized, with stems)

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao or higher)

  • 1 tbsp Natural Elements Sea Moss Gel

  • ½ tsp coconut oil (for smooth melting)

  • Optional toppings:

    • Crushed nuts (e.g., almonds, pistachios)

    • Shredded coconut

    • Sprinkles or edible glitter


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries:

    • Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel. Ensure they are completely dry, as any moisture can prevent the chocolate from sticking.

  2. Melt the Chocolate:

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips, sea moss gel, and coconut oil.

    • Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler on the stovetop.

  3. Dip the Strawberries:

    • Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate mixture, coating it halfway or fully.

    • Allow any excess chocolate to drip off, then place the strawberry on a parchment-lined tray.
